At Advanced Pre-Post Op Recovery Clinics, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and treatment protocols, the following refund policy applies:

Service Packages

• All service packages are non-refundable. This includes pre-paid sessions for lymphatic drainage massage, shockwave therapy, and bundled recovery packages.

• Unused sessions may be transferred to another eligible client upon request and with written approval.

• Packages must be used within the designated timeframe (e.g., 14 days for Essential Surgical Prep) unless otherwise approved.

 

Individual Sessions

• Refunds are not available for missed or late-cancelled appointments.

• Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session or incurring fees.Retail Products

• All product sales (e.g., compression garments, recovery tools) are final unless the item is defective. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
