Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling & Missed Appointment Policy Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule any session. Late Cancellations or Missed Sessions: Any session not rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a $45 fee. No-Show Policy: Missed sessions without notice (no-show) are subject to the $45 fee and may be forfeited at the provider's discretion. Timeliness Matters: Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s time. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of care and schedule availability. Unused sessions will expire after 7 days and cannot be refunded or extended unless approved under special circumstances.
